1/4 lb of mocha fudge with chocolate-flavoured coffee, our fudge master Sarah’s favourite!
This fudge was made in March in preparation for the 2020 tourist season. It was frozen when our borders closed in order to preserve it, however, that will not impact the flavour or texture of the fudge, which has a shelf life until March 2021.
